Green-IT Quick scan & Maturity Assessment
The Green-IT Quick scan provides insight in the major areas of improvement in terms of Green-IT Strategy & Governance. The Quick scan is performed, based on a proprietary framework to assess the 'maturity level' of Green-IT. The framework comprises a large number of standards and best practices, which are split into 5 IT Governance domains, as defined according to the CobiT® / Val IT standard. This standard has been taken as a basis and has been further customized in order to make it applicable for Green-IT.

At the beginning of our engagement we will first launch a kick off meeting with the key stakeholders. In this kick off meeting, we will describe our approach, the steps that will follow and everyone's contribution thereto.

Typical invitees would include:
- Head of IT / CIO
- Manager data center and office automation infrastructure
- CSR responsible (optional)
- Head of Human Resources department (optional)
- Head of purchase (IT) department
- People who have been involved in similar activities (optional)
During these sessions we will go through all elements of the framework. We will also ask for complementary documentation to support the findings we have. The sessions will result in a calculated maturity level, presented in a Green-IT Quick scan report in which we provide recommendations addressing the items that need to be improved.
The outcome of the quick scan is a report and a power point presentation to the key stakeholders in which we will present our main findings and suggestions for improvement.
